Clems are looking for an exceptional Account Director with proven integrated experience to join our talented team in Melbourne, working across one of Australia's most recognizable retail brands To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a passion for leading great strategic and creative work and always seek to apply this to your ongoing projects.
You will have experience leading accounts across mediums and will act as one of the most important facilitators of our creative product in our business.
You are a trusted to lead and deliver projects by both client and agency alike and are the central point of contact for all stakeholders.
You will be a collaborative force and part of a well-established, highly motivated team of passionate people, who are constantly working towards raising the quality of output within the agency and genuinely love what they do.
Responsibilities: Responsible for leading streams of client work going through the agency to produce excellent campaigns that are built on strategic insight, fuelled by creativity and flawlessly executed.
Successfully grow and protect business margins whilst mitigating risk Managing the seamless delivery of all creative projects – you will be the elevated point of contact for the client and the agency on all projects and will be aware of all elements, their status and what needs to be done to move a project forward.
Inspire and influence – be a thought leader and direct your team, and win clients over with your deep knowledge Facilitate meaningful and motivating roles for junior team members, ensuring your team knows they are important and valued to you and the business Desired Skills and Experience: Strong integrated/cross-functional experience is ideal Experience working with retail clients is highly favourable A successful track record of managing complex integrated projects Experience working in a complex agency environment is preferred but not essential Excellent client facing skills with the ability to forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels Ability to think critically and unlock future opportunities High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and delegate effectively Strong communications skills both written and verbal We want people who make things happen, people with a can-do attitude and people who are loved by their clients About Clemenger BBDO Our belief in Creativity is always the answeris all about responding brilliantly and profoundly to any problem as if it is a question.
