This Opportunity is a hybrid role located at our Support offices in Ballarat and South Melbourne.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times to all internal and external stakeholders of Petstock.
Ensure that you follow up on all store requests in a timely manner.
Designing, implementing, maintaining and improving Cognos Reporting solutions.
Developing and maintaining reports using Power BI.
Writing SQL queries and procedures using T-SQL and Informix SQL.
Liaising with various stakeholders inside and outside the business to develop and deliver appropriate reporting solutions.
Developing ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS.
Drive the day-to-day operations of the Business Intelligence & Analytics team.
Assist in identifying improvements and strategic direction of the tech stack.
Lead technical discussions and ensure solutions are adequate.
Identify new areas and processes that may require improvement, investigating potential solutions and taking to development process where required.
Supporting various departments in identifying and resolving systems and process issues.
If you have the below experience, we would love to hear from you!
