Business Manager - F&I - High Volume Award Winning Automotive Dealership Group Skip to content Business Manager - F&I - High Volume Award Winning Automotive Dealership Group Werribee and Western Automotive Group, is currently seeking to appoint 2 x Business Managers (Finance & Insurance) to join our Award Winning Team.
The ideal person will have relevant F&I qualifications together with industry experience in finance and Insurance; and a natural engaging customer service focus when offering F&I options to our valued customers.
Business Manager is responsible for: Presentation, Introduction and Selling of all Finance, Insurance and Warranty products to customers Working closely with the sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance deals Managing the Finance and Insurance process, including the collection and submission of documents Maximize Sales Results for the dealership Achieving Sales Targets Selling insurance and warranty products to cash customers You offer: experience in Finance & Insurance ideally within automotive industry excellent customer service skills and the ability to qualify customer needs responsibility & accountability for achieving F&I targets a professional and positive attitude interpersonal skills, building & nurturing strong relationships internally and externally Hands on team player that is not only office bound Our Offering to you: An attractive salary retainer and commission/bonus structure with unlimited earning potential; fully maintained company vehicle or vehicle allowance; training and development; support from a highly experienced team and senior managers.
