An exceptional opportunity to join a well-respected Melbourne-based firm as Business Services Manager / Senior Manager. This newly created practice is led by ex-Big 4 Partners and is based in South Yarra.
My client prides itself on the quality, integrity, and professionalism of both their staff and the compliance work & advice that they provide to their clients. Their client base consists of the wealthiest family group clients, predominantly SME businesses, including a large number of property developers, as well as retail, publishing, schools, mining, advertising, marketing, manufacturing, and professionals—high-net-worth individuals (doctors, solicitors & barristers).
In your position as Manager, you will possess the ability to manage your own client portfolio, maintaining all business activity. You will be CA qualified and extremely technically minded with 8-10 years of experience in a local Mid-Tier CA firm. It is imperative to continue building strong relationships with existing clients as well as forging new productive relationships. You will be directly responsible for preparing billings, budgets, and proposals.
You will be a decisive and natural leader, supervising and mentoring junior staff. The successful candidate will be very presentable, as client-facing is a large part of this role. You must be confident, articulate, and have excellent communication skills.
