About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager Estimating & Scheduling, this is a pivotal role within the Estimating & Scheduling team.
As the Capital Program Risk Specialist you will be responsible for the provision of information and insights in Project and Program risk identification and management for Melbourne Water's capital portfolio.
This includes the identification of program level risks that would impact the delivery of Melbourne Water's Major Projects, whilst monitoring and reporting on risk trends, controls and management issues.
Within the role you will also facilitate workshops for complex or high value projects, as well as implementing appropriate controls, monitoring and continuous improvement process on risk management for Melbourne Water.
Your experience working on Major Capital projects within the water industry are essential for this dynamic and exciting role.
About you: Tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or a related discipline required Experience within either the water industry or water experience on Major Capital Projects Demonstrated capability in Monte Carlo based statistical cost analysis Experience in risk management, construction/infrastructure projects, and safety related industry standards Why join us: At Melbourne Water, we care about water and all life that springs from it.
