Care Manager/ Nurse Unit Manager

Currently seeking a strong Care Manager/NUM to oversee the clinical running of a large unit within an aged care home in Geelong. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all clinical matters in your unit with the support of an excellent and well-ratioed floor team. For this role, you will ideally possess excellent management skills, a thorough understanding of the aged care accreditation process, and have worked in a similar role previously.
