Details - Casual Administration Officer (Future Growth) Job no: 568020 Work type: Casual Location: Melbourne (Bundoora) Categories: Administration and Executive Support Ongoing Casual Assignment / Bundoora Campus Hourly Rate aligned to HEO4 $48.30 per hour Provide high level administration support for the International Operations & Compliance Team About the position Reporting to the Senior Coordinator of International Compliance and Business Services, the Casual Business Services Officer will deliver administrative support to the Division's operations.
The position holder is required to work collaboratively within the team to help achieve the Division's goals while adhering to University policies and procedures.
Maintaining a high standard of confidentiality, the role ensures shared responsibilities and administrative support aligning with the expectations of the Senior Coordinator and Senior Manager.
Duties at this level will include: Provide high-level administrative support to the core operations within the International Operations and Compliance (IOC) Team.
Utilise a range of information technology software applications to assist with job assignments.
Administer agent commission payments to international education agents.
Process international student refunds for new and existing students in accordance with University policies and procedures.
Skills and knowledge required: Completion of a Diploma level qualification with relevant work experience; or a Certificate IV with relevant work experience; or a post-trades certificate with extensive relevant experience and on-the-job training; or a Certificate III with extensive relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
High proficiency in computer software packages, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, electronic mail, and internet research tools.
High level verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working effectively in teams.
Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant systems and software, such as Study Link, CRM, SISOne, Onestop, HP Trim, and PRISMS.
