About the role We are looking for support workers who have industry experience, manual handling skills and the following attributes: Multiple positions will be available.
Experience managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.

We are seeking Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with highly complex needs.
You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirements to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.

Experience in manual handling, transfers and experience utilising AT equipment.
Experience in supporting people with physical and neurological diagnosis, which relating to their disability.
Ability and adaptability to change in a person's support needs.
Highly desirable in Aged and Health background experience.

Mandatory requirements Cert III or higher in Disability Services or 12 months experience.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You).
Working with Children Check.
Driver's Licence.
Car Insurance.
Reliable vehicle.
Must be available for sleep over shifts.
At least 1 year as a DSW in NDIS sector.
Must have current CPR and First Aid certification.
Additional skillset: Experience in acquired brain injury.
Experience in mental health.
Dementia training.
Experience with clients having high complex behaviour.
Experience in Personal care.
