Casual Events Staff

We are looking for well-presented, experienced event wait staff who wish to be a part of something special.
What your responsibilities would be: Set up of conferences, sit down dinners, cocktail functions across multiple venues.
Food and Beverage service including 3 course dinners, basic bar service, table service and spirits.
Lifting chairs, tables and event equipment throughout the estate.
The Ideal Candidates Must Have: Food and wine knowledge is highly regarded or interest in learning.
Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed.
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
Proven ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment.
MUST have hospitality experience.
MUST have an RSA certificate.
About you: Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends.
Friendly and Positive Attitude.
A strong work ethic and ability to do heavy lifting.
Ability to arrange transport to and from work.
Job Type: Casual Pay: From $31.23 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Schedule: 10 hour shift.
Evening shift.
Supplementary Pay: Penalty rates.
