Role: Full-Time Chef Salary: AUD 65,000 - AUD 85,000 per year Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment Responsibilities: Overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow Preparing a variety of Indian dishes, adhering to traditional recipes and high-quality standards Managing kitchen staff, including training and development Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment Complying with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Requirements: Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Indian cuisine Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for delivering exceptional customer service A positive and enthusiastic attitude
