Following the appointment of two experienced and inspiring CEO's, and creation of the next 12-month strategic plan, Possability has a vision of advocacy, care enhancement and commercial stability.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) will be a key member of Possability's Executive leadership team.
The CXO is responsible for developing and driving internal and external strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction, employee engagement, external stakeholder engagement, loyalty & brand advocacy and culturally aligned DEI initiatives that support the vision and purpose of the organisation.
The key areas of responsibility for the CXO include: Embedding a team culture that is values aligned, accountable and high performing.
Ensuring sector-leading marketing and communications strategies promoting Possability's brand and market presence.
Elevating employee and client experience to ensure attraction, retention and development.
Developing and implementing Possability's DEI strategy promoting equity and inclusion across the entire organisation.
Government and stakeholder engagement strategy, ensuring relationships are established and maintained.
About You We are seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial senior Executive with a demonstrated track record leading client-centric initiatives and driving engagement across complex stakeholder environments.
As a strategic partner to the CEO, the successful candidate will advise the organisation on all matters of external engagement and customer satisfaction, whilst leading internal initiatives to enhance employee experience.
You will excel at people leadership, bringing strengths in supporting large teams through significant change as well as exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to drive consensus and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
You will remain committed to fostering a performance-based and values-driven culture that delivers on exceptional care outcomes, best positioning Possability as both a provider and employer of choice.
