About the role
Blinq is looking for a Chief of Staff to help build the company as it scales. The CoS will treat the company like a product, where employees are the user. The role provides a unique vantage point within Blinq, allowing you to work with the entire team and have exposure to how the CEO thinks and makes decisions. You will use this vantage point to improve processes and people.
What you'll be responsible for
Process Management and Ongoing Improvement:
Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity.
Team Strategic Planning:
Set goals aligned with organizational objectives to guide teams toward long-term success and growth.
Internal Communications Development:
Create, edit, and distribute content to ensure organizational initiatives are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
