About the Role: Mexim Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and lead our daily operations.
The COO will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the company's continued growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's operations, including production, supply chain management, logistics, and customer service, while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and market expansion.
Customer Engagement: Maintain and enhance relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of service.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Financial Management: Work closely with the CFO to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and mitigate operational risks.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and customer service.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
A track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business growth.
