Shepparton, Shepparton & Goulburn Valley VIC Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical) Are you a passionate and experienced Clinical Care Coordinator or a Senior Registered Nurse with leadership experience in aged care? We are recruiting for a well-respected NFP provider to work in their lovely Shepparton facility.
With a solid structure of 2 Care Coordinators, a Care Manager, and a Facility Manager, you will oversee and coordinate clinical care within the facility.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator in aged care, or senior RN with leadership experience in aged care will be considered.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Current registration as a AHPRA Registered Nurse.
