Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical) Care Manager - Aged Care Facility A leading NFP aged care organisation is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to provide clinical leadership in all aspects of the operations of their large aged care facility in Noble Park. In this role you will report to a Facility Manager, and work collaboratively with all levels of management, clinicians, carer's, residents, families, support staff and relevant community agencies to facilitate an effective resident focused service.
