We provide accessible mental health services inclusive of family, friends and support networks. We are a specialist, multi-disciplinary and intensive care mental health service incorporating the lived and living experience of family peer specialists and youth peer workers. Our service is divided into two streams: 0-11 and 12-26 years, and includes specialist services in the areas of perinatal care, neurodevelopmental presentations, eating disorders and outreach support. What you'll be doing We have an exciting opportunity with a newly funded Groups Co-ordinator position. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all current ICYAMHWS groups for young people aged 0-25 and their families/carers/networks (these currently include Mentalisation based therapy, groups for parents with a child with a neurodivergent presentation and eating disorders, circle of security, emotional coaching groups - tuning into kids and teens, social, occupational and vocational groups for young people). You'll also scope, develop, design, facilitate, implement and co-ordinate all future group programs at ICYAMHWS ensuring appropriate groups are evidence-based with guidelines, processes, structures, planning and evaluation. About you We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and well-organised person to oversee and co-ordinate our groups program. Along with the relevant professional registration or membership, you'll have prior leadership experience, and experience in group design, development, implementation and facilitation. You'll also have to complete/provide a valid Victorian Working with Children Check, be willing to undergo a background check, and you'll require Australian working rights.
