The Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Lead to join our team and drive the delivery of exceptional clinical care. In this role, you will oversee and support a team of Care Clinicians, ensuring clinical services meet and exceed the highest standards of quality while upholding compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. What You Will Do Lead and support a team of Care Clinicians, providing expert guidance, coaching, and mentoring to foster professional growth and enhance team performance. Drive the delivery of top-tier clinical services, integrating best practices while adhering to organisational standards and regulatory requirements. Offer expert clinical advice, including assessments and decision-making, and contribute to comprehensive care planning and documentation. Maintain high standards of records management and case notes, adhering to legislative requirements, organisational policies, and quality standards. Supervise clinical operations, ensuring regular reviews, participation in multidisciplinary meetings, and adherence to policies. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among clinical staff, care advisors, clients, and external partners to achieve integrated and holistic care. Engage in quality assurance activities and lead service improvements through evidence-based interventions and care initiatives. Manage serious incident reporting and uphold compliance with Fronditha Care's values, Code of Conduct, and relevant regulations. Partner with senior management to shape and implement clinical strategies that align with organisational goals and promote continuous improvement. Support the development and delivery of training programs for the clinical team, promoting ongoing professional development and regulatory compliance. Stay informed of clinical advancements, integrating new practices to elevate service delivery and client outcomes where appropriate. Provide education to clients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to support informed decision-making and optimal health outcomes. What We Look For Division 1 Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. Proven experience in a senior clinical role, with a strong background in managing and leading a team of care clinicians. Advanced clinical skills and demonstrated experience in a range of aged care services including the home care sector. A strong commitment to excellence and quality in the provision of aged care services with an extensive working knowledge of quality principles and accreditation. Dedication to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining a focus on duty of care obligations. Proficiency in Greek language is desirable. Valid driver's licence, access to your own vehicle, and maintain comprehensive insurance coverage with a willingness to travel across metropolitan Melbourne, as required. Why Choose Fronditha Care?
