Our client is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join their Member Education team, part of the Customer & Growth division within Superannuation. This varied role is focused on developing a comprehensive education program to engage members and enhance their understanding of superannuation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of member education webinars and seminars, including content creation, managing engagement materials, and overseeing guest speakers.
Coordinate communications for large-scale member events, such as the Annual Members' Meeting, including crafting executive speeches and managing multi-channel engagement campaigns.
Collaborate with Workplace Education Managers to create tailored educational materials for key clients.
Write and develop various educational content, including fact sheets, articles, and videos.
Analyse client and member education needs to drive innovative enhancements to the education program.
About you:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business.
At least 7 years of experience in communications or member education, ideally with a background in financial services and superannuation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
Benefits:

Full-time (Monday to Friday) 40 hours per week.
Melbourne CBD / WFH arrangements.
