About the role: We are looking for dynamic and motivated Communications Specialists to join our Marketing and Communication Transformation Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting AGL's retail transformation by simplifying and documenting customer communications strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring customers are informed, engaged, and well-supported through significant changes to their accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to work cross-functionally with transformation professionals to develop and execute customer communications strategies that make an impact. What you can expect in the role: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote new services, sustainability initiatives, and energy efficiency programs. Document requirements for our complex regulatory communications at AGL. Discover and ideate ways of reducing complexity. Validate and identify delivery priority. Ensure all communications reflect AGL's tone of voice, demonstrating warmth, empathy, and helpfulness while aligning with company values and customer value propositions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback to continuously enhance the customer experience. Ensure all communications comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining accuracy and high-quality standards. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to review and approve communication materials. Drive continuous improvement using insights and data to enhance communications and customer engagement. What we would like to see you bring: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related business field. Proven experience managing multiple high-profile projects with a keen ability to meet regulatory and market-driven deadlines. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to nurture relationships across internal and external partners. Experience working with regulatory communications within Energy Regulation Environment will be highly regarded. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail. Experience in managing external agencies and suppliers to produce timely and high-quality materials. Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive proactive outcomes within a cross-functional team environment. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce creative, strategic, and impactful communication materials.
