Community Occupational Therapist - Relocate to Regional Victoria Occupational Therapist Grade 3 - Rural Allied Health Team Community Health, Shepparton, Victoria $103,636 - $122,785 p.a AUD + Superannuation + Generous salary packaging + Relocation incentives may apply About the role Seeking a passionate Grade 3 Occupational Therapist to join our Rural Allied Health Team (RAHT) in a senior position.
This new role has been developed in response to the further expansion of the RAHT service.
In this role you will: Provide clinical expertise to complex cases Support staff supervision and be responsible for the planning, review and implementation of quality initiatives to enhance the delivery of high-quality OT services within the RAHT service model.
Travel across the Goulburn Valley region working in home and clinic settings Work with clients, carers and families to provide practical solutions to promote independence and safety at home Complete equipment prescriptions, home modifications, advise on pressure care management/seating, develop in-home and community-based therapy programs Apply evidence-based practice and innovative solutions to enhance clinical effectiveness, service efficiencies, and the quality of service provided to consumers Patient load covers older people, people with a disability, and people with chronic health conditions.
