About the role This position will collaborate with the Learning & Capability team members to uplift the TAC's capability and performance through the design and delivery of contemporary learning programs and interventions, to enhance the learning experience and culture across the business.
The consultant will support the Senior Consultant to deliver strategically aligned learning and capability investments that enable individual, team and organisational development.
The consultant, with support and coaching from the Senior Consultant, will lead the design, development and implementation of learning programs that improve employee and organisational capability.
About the Team Reporting to the Senior Consultant, Learning & Capability this role sits within the Learning and Capability Branch in the People, Culture and Engagement division.
You will be joining a collaborative, supportive and outcomes-focused team, who are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees.
What we're looking for Experience in learning and development analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation in a professional environment including: Demonstrated Instructional Design experience Demonstrated experience applying human-centred design principles Demonstrated experience in applying project management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools An understanding of learning and development best practice methodologies, models and frameworks Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills: Proven written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
Project Management experience: Previous project management experience including the ability to work as part of a fast-paced team with the capability to plan and work to deadlines.
