Orthopaedic surgeons will provide, supervise and be responsible for the provision of clinical duties including inpatient care, pre-and post-operative, outpatient care and supporting the fracture clinics.
You will promote and participate in clinical governance activities and other patient safety quality activities including clinical audits, M&M and constructive engagement with VHIMS/Riskman.
Orthopaedic surgeons will contribute to the education and training of interns and junior medical staff in orthopaedics/surgical disciplines.

The service has a Research and Ethics Unit supportive of clinicians looking to conduct clinical or academic research.
