The Content Creator & Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and managing all content across social media channels. A typical day could include developing social media content calendars, publishing on digital marketing and social channels with ongoing monitoring and commenting of posts, responding to ad hoc requests from other parts of the business, campaign management including setting up of ads, reporting, and collaborating across the business. This role is suited to candidates who thrive working in a fast-paced environment, are skilled to multi-task and have an eye to detail whilst working to tight deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing and executing social media plans for audience engagement and growth. Create, edit and publish engaging content and monitor social media campaigns that deliver a consistent brand message across various social media platforms, including website, EDMs, advertising campaigns, and social media. Advertising & preparing all marketing collateral. Promote the business through community engagement, community events, PR, and sponsorships. Develop and manage social competitions and opportunities for community participation. Video creation and editing. Developing and optimising content in line with SEO best practices. Monitoring and reporting on platform analytics and engagement rates for social media content. Actively monitor market trends and seek new opportunities to achieve the marketing strategy objectives. Administer company website. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in social media. Bring fresh/innovative marketing ideas to help grow the business. Adherence to brand guidelines to ensure messaging is consistent. General administration and ad hoc duties as required. We'd love to hear from you if you: Have a relevant tertiary qualification with professional experience in social media and producing digital content. Strong understanding of content marketing and social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram. Hands-on experience in campaign setup across digital channels. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across a broad range of audiences. Exceptional and impeccable attention to detail, spelling, and grammar.
