super): $46.99 Hours per fortnight: 45.00 Employment Status: Fixed Term Part Time (March 2025) Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination (3 doses) Closing date: 23/09/2024 The VHIMS Content Systems and Business Analyst will be responsible for the project management of the 2024/2025 inaugural updates to the Victorian Health Incident Management System Minimum Data Set (VHIMS MDS).
The VHIMS Program Data Administrator will be the central contact for health services, vendor RLDatix, and the Loddon Mallee Shared Services team to oversee the required changes and to guide and support the LM health services throughout the process.
The role will support learning at the health services (train-the-trainer) to manage the new technical specifications for the Minimum Data Sets in preparation for the required reporting in April 2025.
The role will work with each health service to establish an understanding of their current model and the change management and implementation required to meet reporting deadlines in 2025.
