They specialise in building Apartments, Aged Care, Schools, Industrial facilities, Commercial Offices and Luxury Residential builds up to $100m.
Due to recent internal promotions, they are both looking to bring on Contract Administrators for the below projects: $30 M Social Housing project in the North $25 M Self storage facility in the inner North West $40 M Self storage facility in the inner suburbs.
$10 M University refurb in the CBD Your New Role Working alongside experienced PMs and SMs, you will be responsible for: Letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes and awarding subcontracts.
Financial forecasting and cost-tracking.
Subcontract variation and progress claims.
Assisting the PM with Head Contract client management.
This will be a leading CA position.
What you need to succeed 2-3+ years working in a CA role for a Commercial builder.
Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.
Ideally with experience in delivering Apartments where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.
Ideally CHEOPS, Jobpac or similar financial management systems experience.
A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Ideally tertiary qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.
