About the Role: As an In-House Contracts Lawyer at Omnii, you will play a key role in providing legal support on a range of consulting contracts within the construction industry.
Reporting into the Director of Corporate Services, and working closely with the CEO, Directors and National Leads.
Your responsibilities will include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of consulting agreements, service contracts, and subcontracts within the construction sector.
Advising on contract administration, subcontractor engagement, risk management, and compliance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Collaborating with technical project teams to provide legal guidance on contract interpretation, variations, and dispute resolution.
Working closely with clients from construction, infrastructure, government, and health sectors to provide tailored legal advice.
Skills and Experience: To succeed in this role, you will have: Strong analytical skills and technical expertise in contract law, particularly within the construction industry.
1-4 years of post-admission experience, ideally with a focus on construction contracts and consultancy agreements.
A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and achieving positive outcomes.
