The Role The Coordinator IT Web and Analytics is an exciting newly focused role that will lead a dedicated team to provide engaging customer web solutions, data analytics that are secure, accurate and easy to consume, whilst ensuring physical and digital records are managed appropriately for the City.
This is a pivotal role that will champion streamlined web solutions for the community and bring to life a data analytics capability for a diverse organisation.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have formal qualification and extensive relevant experience across Information Technology, Data Analytics, Records Management or Web Solutioning.
Key to the success in this role you will have an eye for detail, in-depth knowledge in data management, analytics and web optimisation with a focus on the customer experience.
Additionally, you will have a proven track record as a great leader with the ability to motivate and inspire both the team and key internal and external stakeholders.
A satisfactory police check is required for this position.
