Support the delivery of important council services Fixed-term contract to 19 September 2025 $71,689 pa plus Super & RDO A little bit about the role Reporting to the Corporate Information Strategy & Projects Team Leader, you will provide high quality records management services through classification, capture and distribution of incoming mail whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
You will also be responsible for the provision of mail room services, file delivery and supporting records and information management initiatives.
You will be part of a high performing team of Corporate Information Officers responsible for the retrieval of archives and capture of Building and Statutory Planning records in accordance with statutory, organisational and operational requirements.
To be successful you will have demonstrated experience with an EDRMS and associated applications such as Eze Scan, have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise and plan your own work.
