Corporate Lawyer

Our client is a highly regarded Australian law firm with an excellent reputation for providing high-quality and professional advice to clients.
We are currently recruiting 2 Corporate Transactional Lawyers, one with 2-3 years post admission experience, the other with 7-8 years experience.
The junior role could be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
The Partner leading this team has particular expertise in equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions, as well as general corporate advisory.
Experience in the following areas will be beneficial: mergers & acquisitions; equity capital markets; private equity; corporate advisory; Corporations Act and listing rules advice; corporate restructuring; joint ventures and shareholder arrangements; foreign investment.
