Country Road Group - People Systems Coordinator - VIC Apply now Job no: 996680 Work type: Full-Time Location: Melbourne - CBD & Inner Categories: Human Resources Purpose Your role as People Systems Coordinator will be to provide exceptional technical support and day to day assistance across the CRG people systems landscape (Pay Global, MYOB ESS, Dayforce, SNOW, LNC apps and Power Automate).
Responding to system queries, running interface files and helping configure and maintain system integrity, as well as driving process improvement and innovation.
Key stakeholder groups include Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition and Workforce planning.
Key Accountabilities Providing day to day technical support Master Data integrity, providing simple solutions to data integrity issues, ensuring requirement for People Team members to check data is minimized Supporting user experience, encouraging greater self-service within all people systems to increase experience and operational efficiency Assisting awareness building around systems for the whole People Team – supporting 1 on 1s, creating guides, supporting training session delivery Consistently driving innovation and supporting activities within the people systems team digital road map, implementing ideas and solutions Driving operational efficiency via digital or automation solutions – e.g.
macro-enabled templates, Adobe Sign, LCNC, Power Automate etc) Key Capabilities Proven experience in a similar HR or IT support role, preferably within a large organization Experience in HRIS and/or payroll systems is not a requirement, however will be highly regarded Understanding of data management principles, with a focus on accuracy and minimizing errors Experience in reviewing business processes and consultation with users and other stakeholders Experience in presenting, briefing and hosting training sessions is beneficial (but not essential) Willingness to learn and a natural curiosity for IT and systems Why work for CRG?
