Cover Supervisor - Supply

Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a number of Graduate Cover Supervisors to work within Secondary Schools across Birmingham.
150+ per day, immediate & September 2024 starts available.
The successful candidate will have an open mind in covering a range of subjects throughout the day on a daily basis - certain schools willing to offer permanent contracts! QTS/PGCE is desirable but not essential - Past Secondary School Experience is a must! Daily Tasks will include: Delivering planned lessons Be adaptable to cover a range of subjects at the last minute Strong in behaviour management Building relationships with staff & pupils Helping pupils achieve high performance in the lead up to GCSE exams Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 150+ per day Additional pay: Performance bonus Benefits: Additional leave Employee discount Free parking On-site parking Sick pay Unlimited paid holidays Schedule: Day shift Experience: Teaching: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Empowering Learning Ltd.
