About the opportunity We are transforming our CRM ecosystem, and this role will manage our future platform. We are seeking a CRM Product Manager to join the Technology Team. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer your role is to: Lead the creation and implementation of CCV's CRM roadmap within the overarching digital transformation strategy. Work with business product owners and key stakeholders to develop, manage, and prioritise the product roadmap and backlog, considering competing business needs. Lead the development of solution designs by analysing business requirements, identifying technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Lead the CRM product team, building a high-performance culture, and facilitating the development of the team through coaching, developing and retaining talent. Manage stakeholder relationships – ensuring that all stakeholders feel involved, informed and able to contribute to the ongoing success of the platform. Be an active and engaged leader in the Technology team. In more details, here's some of the experience and criteria that we're looking for: Relevant tertiary qualification in business, technology, computing or related field and/or substantial technology experience in a medium to large organisation. Experience leading the product lifecycle for CRM solutions including defining the product roadmap and managing its backlog. Experience working in a hybrid Agile environment to deliver CRM implementations across the full delivery lifecycle. Experience leading matrix teams (including direct/indirect reports and external providers). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to quickly build productive working relationships across multiple business units, lead other team members and build consensus around the best way forward. Demonstrated problem solver, who can identify practical pathways to deliver business priorities, manage multiple and concurrent priorities at once under tight timeframes and remain calm under pressure. Flexible, with the ability to quickly adapt to change. What we can offer you Base salary of $120,000 to $130,000 p.a.
