What you do: In this role, you will review and enhance existing technical and non-technical documentation to develop comprehensive 'as is' and 'to be' business process maps following an agreed framework.
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct thorough assessments of security processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and devise solutions aimed at increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Your responsibilities include identifying issues, risks, and benefits of current and proposed solutions, and outlining their business impacts.
This includes estimating costs and identifying potential savings.
You will also liaise with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business security requirements across a range of projects, including those related to security, digital initiatives, CRM, telephony, marketing, partnerships, and data management.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring that security measures meet organisational goals and deliver on key objectives.
You must be adept at navigating a high-pressure, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively and adapting to changing circumstances.
What you need: Proven experience as a Cyber Security Business Analyst - essential Proven experience delivering in Cyber Security Programs and related security projects Strong understanding of good security practices, frameworks and standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Highly organised, and structured approach to managing workload and prioritisation Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall project management methodologies Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis What's in it for you: Hybrid & Flexible Working – Save time commuting, we have the option to split your time working both in our office and from home.
