Made up of several specialised teams including commercial, finance, legal and risk, these are the professionals who drive our business performance, while always ensuring we've dotted our I's and crossed our T's! **About the Role** We are looking for a Data Transformation Analyst with a particular interest in data transformation, who will use their passion and skills for data and analysis to empower and enable teams and leaders across MYOB to be truly customer and data-led.
You will apply your gained knowledge of the business, data and product domains at MYOB to extract meaning and insights based on product, telemetry and other data sources contributing to improved decision-making and outcomes for our SME, Enterprise and Financial Services lines of business.
You will influence, champion and lead stakeholders on how teams can build value from data to meet commercial objectives and key results.
Please note that this is a 12mth fixed-term contract with potential to extend **What will keep you busy...** - Work with the Analytics & Insights team to tackle and support data and analytics requests - Conduct ad-hoc analytics as requested by team members - Support Strategic Analytics projects related to customer retention and feature adoption - Develop and maintain key data artefacts including dashboards, data products and data pipelines - Ensure data integrity is maintained and appropriate testing, quality checks and validations are done - Support a continuous focus on driving the data & analytics culture **What we'd love to see from you...** - Experience in delivering analytics through data pipelines, exploration, interpretation and presentation - Knowledge of data transformation and extraction pipeline tools eg Snowflake, Python and Data Build Tool - Experience using SQL to answer sophisticated commercial questions - Some experience using visualisation tools such as Power Bi - Experience working collaboratively with digital teams and solid understanding of Saa S is highly desired - Experience with data lifecycle/ governance standard methodologies and a continuous improvement approach - An understanding of commercial language and concepts associated with a Saa S business - An awareness of machine learning process and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Agile concepts **Our Culture & Benefits ** Our values have stood the test of time.
