About the role: Our Electrification & Innovation (E&I) division drives Australia's clean energy future, developing sustainable, scalable products while investing in innovative ideas to reshape how Australians live.
This role ensures the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple products by optimizing workflows, meeting deadlines, and fostering continuous improvement.
As a collaborative leader and Agile champion, you will guide your squad in delivering strategic outcomes.
Part of the E&I value stream, this position helps incubate and scale products that encourage customers to decarbonize their lives and transportation.
What you'll be doing: Optimise workflows to deliver multiple products aligned with business goals, resolve challenges, and prioritize tasks with the Product Lead and Owners.
Get hands-on with key tasks to boost squad capacity and ensure all commitments are delivered as planned.
Manage stakeholders and third-party providers to streamline work, minimize duplication, and manage dependencies across teams.
Identify, address, and escalate risks or obstacles to maintain delivery pace and value alignment across squads and streams.
Lead Agile ceremonies, coach squad members on best practices, and foster teamwork and collaboration.
Cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement by identifying bottlenecks, facilitating feedback, and driving iterative enhancements.
About you: Proven experience of Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, Agile ceremonies) Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to get the most from people.
Experience in setting up and monitoring OKRs and KPIs.
Proficiency in Agile management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) and metrics analysis.
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex, dynamic environments.
