As a Delivery Manager in the Commercial & Industrial Customers (C&I) Energy Solutions Team , you will ensure the successful delivery of all Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions projects creating profitability for the business and exceptional customer experiences.
You will also lead a squad of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators ensuring the team safely delivers projects to budget, to schedule, and to deliver on the commitments made to the customer.
The work you will be doing will directly contribute to Australia's largest C&I businesses reaching their decarbonisation goals.

What you'll be doing: Allocating project work to individuals within your team and ensuring expectations for realistic project delivery times are set, and agreed deadlines are met and critically analysing project schedules, budgets, customer expectations and reporting on delivery.
Maintaining proactive relationships with all customers assigned to the squad to provide all customers with an exceptional customer experience and facilitating feedback from customers to continuously improve delivery processes and drive exceptional customer experience.
Drawing from best practice Project Management thinking and industry trends to continuously improve process and capability across project teams and Energy Solutions through established continuous improvement processes, supporting the Delivery Standards Lead by developing and maintaining Project Management standards and ensuring they are adopted by the team.
Mentoring and motivating your team to drive high performance in day-to-day project delivery, proposal development, and estimating activities and inspiring, engaging and leading a multi-disciplinary team, building a culture of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensuring corrective or improvement actions arising from incident investigations or proactive HSE activities are closed out within the agreed timeframes and supporting the HSE function in the delivery of initiatives designed to uplift safety outcomes.
What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline as well as experience in senior project delivery or project engineering roles where you have already acted as a leader or mentor.
Extremely strong stakeholder management capability, including demonstrated customer focus and ability to manage extended complex teams of internal and external members.
Experience continually developing and strengthening a culture of teamwork and collaboration among a team of mixed roles and capabilities and a demonstrated commitment to a culture of health and safety.
Demonstrated ability to manage third party contractors and attention to detail and ability to present information clearly and accurately is essential.
Work experience with C&I scale solar PV, BESS, EV Charger or other energy solution projects will be advantageous.
