A leader who is committed to excellence and passionate about student and teacher success with:
Knowledge and experience in cultivating partnerships within the school and broader community to support a culture of student learning, wellbeing, connectedness, and safety.
Knowledge and experience of Safeguarding practices, inclusive of proactive and reactive support, tiered interventions, and practice where behavior, wellbeing, inclusive education, and Aboriginal education are addressed through a cohesive and evidence-informed Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
Knowledge and experience of School Improvement, inclusive of risk management and compliance with Catholic and Victorian Safeguarding Standards and policies and procedures to ensure a well community.
Knowledge and commitment to lead and nurture the Catholic culture, spiritual growth, and knowledge of staff and students, including the coordination of sacramental, ecological, and social justice programs, fostering a sense of spiritual community and responsibility.
Deep knowledge of the evidence base around cognitive science and its connection to the process of learning and the implementation of a low variance curriculum that supports this.
