We are wanting a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our amazing team.
As a Dermal Clinician, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of providing excellent dermal treatments and prescribing skincare solutions to our valued clients.
Your role will also include Medical Receptionist tasks/roles all aimed at delivering top-notch client experience and enhancing the overall well-being of our patients.
This will initially be a casual position, with progression to a permanent part/full time after a probationary period.
Our clinics are generally open daily and between the hours of 0700-2000.
We would like someone who is flexible and has the capacity to work a variety of shifts (varying from 8-10 hours, on rare occasions 12 hours) on weekdays & weekends.
We are looking for someone who can work across our clinics - in Camberwell and in Moonee Ponds.
You will collaboratively work with our busy reception team and our aesthetic nurse injectors and will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
To be considered for this position you will be: Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Dermal Science Accreditation or Certification as a Dermal Clinician or Advanced Dermal Therapist.
Proven experience in performing dermal treatments and therapies in a clinical setting, with a strong track record of achieving positive treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Friendly with excellent communication and customer service skills; with the ability to build rapport, educate, and engage with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in utilising dermal equipment and technologies, with a commitment to adhering to best practices and safety protocols.
Dedication to upholding ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional integrity in all aspects of practice.
Flexibility with working hours, able to work in either of our clinic locations.
Able to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload.
Reliable and punctual.
Keen to learn and able to work within a team.
Key responsibilities: Patient skin consultations, Treatment planning, Skincare education.
Administering dermal treatments (laser, microneedling).
Prescribing cosmeceuticals.
Documentation.
Continued Learning and professional development.
Receptionist duties: Meeting, greeting and checking clients in for their appointments; Confirming client appointments, collecting information, scheduling/assisting with bookings, maintaining filing systems/database; Answering phone calls and enquiries; Maintaining cleanliness of the clinic; Counting and sorting stock and consumables; General administration duties.
