Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of senior project engineers.
Ensure safety compliance and foster a strong safety culture.
Manage project delivery, maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5-10 years of experience leading engineering teams.
Experience in electrical design for distribution networks is preferred.
Strong leadership , communication, and organizational skills.
