The Role The Digital Applications Manager will be responsible for the management of digital platforms and projects requiring integration across departments.
You will provide a single point of coordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects at the company.
Responsibilities Develop and implement a digital strategic roadmap to meet business goals.
Lead the development and performance of key digital competencies (DXP, CRM, Integration/APIs).
Manage digital architecture, software engineering practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee go-live planning, project implementations, and change management processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems architecture aligns with customer and business needs.
Support and mentor a team of developers, fostering professional growth and development.
Experience Proficiency in either.
NET Core/. NET Framework or major Java frameworks.
Proven leadership experience in a mid-large digital organization.
Proficiency in enterprise CMS (preferably Sitecore), Salesforce CRM, GA360, data models, test platforms, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Azure.
Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, ESBs and Dev Ops practices.
Experience managing Agile projects using SCRUM methodology.
Proven end-to-end technical delivery and platforms architecture experience.
