The Role: This is a 9-month parental leave cover commencing in December 2024 As our Digital Marketing Manager for the next 9 months, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, driving revenue and customer growth as part of the CY25 Marketing Plan.
You will manage and execute a variety of digital marketing programs across multiple channels, leveraging tools like Canva and Hub Spot to deliver compelling content and automated marketing solutions.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall business goals.
What you will be able to do: Plan, schedule, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including display advertising, Google Ads, paid socials, and SEM.
Maintain social media presence across all digital channels, including content planning and development, copywriting, scheduling, and reporting.
Execute B2 B marketing automation requirements, including customer communications, sales lead generation, and full marketing campaign delivery.
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the company's website, including content management and reporting.
Plan and implement the SEM and social media strategy, including paid advertising campaigns, bidding on keywords, and managing budgets.
Retaining and acquiring new Out of Home customers through the management, implementation and reporting of all digital marketing programs including paid advertising, email, social media, SEM/ SEO, website management, and digital go to market campaigns What are we looking for? Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes: 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
3 years of experience in planning and managing digital marketing channels, with a proven track record of delivering consistently strong and measurable results.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with marketing teams (including brand, PR, and events) as well as product, commercial, and strategy teams to deliver highly creative, data-driven campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Proven expertise in creating and managing go-to-market campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
