Create, execute and optimise marketing campaigns.
This critical leadership role will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing online marketing strategies that promote Origin's products and services. Leveraging digital marketing expertise and strategies you will enhance brand awareness, drive quality website traffic and lead generation. You will utilise SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and data analytics to create, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
More about the role:
Define and deliver end-to-end digital marketing strategy, while guiding the team's ideation and execution of campaigns and projects to achieve brand growth.
Champion best practice SEO strategy, with a focus on growing Origin's digital presence, search market share of voice and site traffic.
Migrate current digital marketing program from agency owned to Origin owned, and develop in house digital marketing function.
Lead and establish a culture of excellence accountability, and innovation with the team of paid search, programmatic display, social and SEO digital marketers.
Ownership of Origin paid marketing technology stack, technical integration and optimisation of digital marketing platforms.
Implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in performance media to ensure digital marketing best practice and continuous improvement.
What will you bring?
As an experienced people-leader, you have a track-record of leading analytical and digital marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives. You will be able to demonstrate:
Extensive experience in digital, martech and ad tech, analytics and data.
Proven experience in building and developing organisational functions from ideation to execution.
Experience in leading analytical and digital marketing teams.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional project groups, foster a collaborative team environment and influence stakeholders.
Ability to develop and deliver digital marketing strategies, plans and tactical activities that achieve business outcomes and ROI, in a fast-paced environment.
A tertiary qualification or industry experience in marketing, design, communications or similar.
