Director People Services Reporting to the Executive Director People, Strategy & Operations, we seek an inspirational executive with expertise leading recruitment services, payroll and reporting functions of similar scale and complexity.
You'll demonstrate an exceptional record of client service in managing end-to-end HR Operations and recruitment to attract and retain high-quality employees and promote a workplace culture of high performance.
Leveraging data analytics, evidence and staff feedback; you'll implement innovative solutions to develop timely and efficient recruitment and payroll services through streamlining systems and processes that enhance user experience.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement you'll engender a client-first approach that places staff at the centre of service delivery.
