E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR Manage all online product across our iconic BONDS site! Incredible opportunity to learn the world of online marketing and Ecomm by industry specialists! 12 month fixed term contract with learn and grow opportunities What is the role? We have an exciting opportunity available for an Online Product Coordinator to join the Bonds Online/Ecomm team on an initial 12-month contract! Your role is to ensure what the customer sees on our Bonds website is 100% accurate: think product imagery, all product descriptions and pricing information.
You will be loading products onto the site at launch, maintaining the data throughout the product lifecycle, managing any markdowns, and finally the removal of product from the site once stock runs out.
If you have a keen interest in online marketing and ecommerce, have awesome attention to detail and are systems savvy, but most importantly possess acan-do attitude andyou are willing to learn then you could absolutely be ournext upcoming star! Your responsibilities will include: Loading and maintaining product data across all categories for the Bonds website, ensuring product imagery, pricing and product descriptions are accurate and up to date.
Compiling new season range data, liaising closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and align on website content.
Conducting ongoing maintenance across the Bonds website.
Conducting regular asset checks to ensure there is sufficient stock on hand to meet customer demand during peak promotional activities.
Sample handling and management in conjunction with Photography, Marketing & Design.
Using Excel, Google Analytics and a variety of other reporting tools to analyse data and build templates to prepare for data loading.
What experience do I have? Ideally you will come with Ecomm experience, but this is not essential! You understand the importance of accuracy: when something goes live on our site it's out there, so we need to ensure all content is accurate.
Excel and data are your friends – we have data coming from various sources, so you know how to find, cut and manipulate data or are willing to learn these technical skills.
You are renowned for your strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Priorities shift and deadlines can change – we work in retail so nothing new ... you are adaptable and comfortable moving quickly, shifting gears when the business requires.
Experience working on an online platform, similar to Magento (preferred).
