E-Mail Marketing Manager/Sales Manager Latin America - Spanish Speaking

Besides fixed salary, there will also be commission/incentive based on performance.
We are looking for a talented E-Mail Marketing Specialist/Sale Manager to join the company in a fast-growing stage.
We need a highly-motivated, passionate, and experienced individual to join an international and challenging work environment.
The Role: Open new business opportunities within the Latin America market.
Monitor the market, identify and develop new possibilities to achieve the sales target given by the company.
Develop and manage daily contact with Advertising Agencies and direct clients on e-mail marketing campaigns.
Plan, manage and execute email marketing campaigns (CPC, CPL, and CPM): content coordination with clients, testing, optimization, list management, segmentation, and analysis.
Desired Skills & Experience University degree in Economics or Marketing Spanish to be native language Excellent English both written and verbal Practical knowledge of the regional digital advertising market and e-mail marketing business is a must, understanding of the metrics of online marketing Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team to maximize distribution Attention to detail, ability to manage activities within tight timelines Willingness to travel around the world Good to have: Knowledge of email best practices, awareness of the latest developments in the email industry.
