A new role awaits We are looking for a driven, talented and motivated leader to join our Service Design Delivery branch as EL1 Assistant Domain Owner in the Participant Experience Design Division.The Service Design Delivery branch enhances the experiences of participants, frontline staff, providers, and stakeholders by improving the agency's services. Using human-centered design principles, it identifies and implements improvements based on the diverse needs and experiences of those involved in NDIA pathways, designing changes to support participants in achieving their goals and enhancing their overall experience with the Scheme.If you are a high performer who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you! Where you can add value The EL1 Assistant Domain Owner is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the NDIA. Leading planning and execution of comprehensive research activities to gather deep insights into user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Overseeing analysis of research findings informing decision-making and identifying opportunities for service improvements. Facilitating regular engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders in gathering inputs, validating findings and ensuring improvement opportunities meet a diverse range of user needs. Guiding development of prototypes and testing within the team ensuring designs are refined based on feedback. Ensuring user stories accurately reflect design are developed in collaboration across team members.
