The Role Our client is seeking the engagement of a skilled Data Analyst to join their analytics team responsible for the development and maintenance of an enterprise data warehouse as well as the design and build of Business Intelligence interventions.
The Data Analyst will provide essential subject matter expertise, supporting the development of analytics solutions and reports that will identify trends and drivers of performance.
Key responsibilities will include: Capturing of business requirements and underlying data and reporting needs Translation of SME and stakeholder discussions into data and reporting products Translation of key data insights into value adding products for stakeholders Articulating complex information into simple messages for stakeholders at all levels of data literacy Design and build of reports, dashboard, and data products to deliver key business insights Drive analytics best practice Skills and Experience Ability to translate data insights into products High level analytical and evaluation skills Strong programming experience – SAS, SQL etc.
Experience working in an industrialised cloud Data Lake and/or EDW environment Ability to translate discussion into data flows and process documentation It is a requirement of this position that the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
