So, who can be an Estimator at SMART? Minimum 2 years experience in the Automotive repair industry, across Repairs, Refinishing, Assembly, or Dismantling is essential.
We don't expect you to know absolutely everything about all makes and models of cars, but you should have good literacy skills to be able to follow documented methods.
You'll also have good computer skills with the ability to professionally construct and respond to emails when dealing with customers and suppliers.
A proven ability to work within timeframes while motivating your team to produce quality outcomes.
Our roles are full-time and permanent, so you must have full Australian working rights.
Experience with Audanet, Parts Check, I-Body essential.
Most importantly, you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself, your colleagues and your customers.
