So, who can be an Estimator at SMART? Minimum 2 years experience in the Automotive repair industry, across Repairs, Refinishing, Assembly, or Dismantling is essential.
Good literacy skills are required to follow documented methods.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to construct and respond to emails professionally when dealing with customers and suppliers.
A proven ability to work within timeframes and motivate your team to produce quality outcomes.
Full-time and permanent roles require full Australian working rights.
Experience with Audanet, Parts Check, I-Body is essential.
Most importantly, you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself, your colleagues, and your customers.
