A bit about the role The Executive Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner role will deliver targeted impact through utilising deep industry knowledge and leveraging existing extensive professional networks. This will enable the role to attract and present the highest quality talent for Healthscope in pre-defined mission critical senior roles.Instrumental to the success of this role will be the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers of various seniority, the HR BP, and the HR OD teams. There will be opportunity to inform and influence on 'go to market' approaches and advise around the best way to source and attract exceptional talent. The role will primarily focus on the executive hospital site space and, where required, the broader corporate space, leveraging key market insights to inform and influence conversations.Working closely with key stakeholders, this role will be aware of current and future staffing requirements, will source high caliber candidates for consideration, and proactively build talent pools for key agreed senior mission critical roles. This role will have a significant impact on enhancing the senior candidate journey and in providing a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience for stakeholders.
